CoStar Subscription Request Form (and Orientation Training)
Professors and students, obtain a subscription to the CoStar product for use in the classroom, student projects, and for preliminary research. Access large volumes of property, performance, and economic data from all over the world. Subscriptions are provided for full working versions of the program with unlimited functionality and geographic coverage. Learn and gain valuable experience working with the same program being utilized by thousands of industry professionals.Â
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Professors, only request a personal subscription if you know your university has obtained a school subscription. Students, only request a personal subscription if you have been directed by your professor for a specific class or project. Professors and students from UK schools should contact [email protected] for instructions on how to request subscriptions.
To obtain a subscription, please select “I am a professor” or “I am a student”.
PhD students, TAs, RAs, and Post-Docs and Administrators; please select “I am a professor”.Â
You will be prompted to enter some basic information and asked to agree to only utilize the product for academic use. This will start the subscription process and you will receive login information via email. Sorry, at peak times this can take up to a week or perhaps longer. An online orientation training is made available after you register. Other training options and a student certification (available soon) are also explained.
