CoStar Subscription Request Form (and Orientation Training) - Professors

This form is used to request a subscription to the CoStar product. You will be prompted for some basic information and to agree to only utilize the CoStar product for academic use. If you have any questions or need support, please email [email protected].

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Professors, only request a personal subscription if you know your school/department has obtained a subscription to the CoStar product.

Professors, you can provide the elearning.costar.com link to students in your classes if they need subscriptions. Please send them the instructions and encourage them to READ CAREFULLY. Once all your students have requested subscriptions, please email [email protected] so that we know to submit those requests to CoStar Support. IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US, YOUR STUDENTS WILL NOT RECEIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS!

STEP 2: Use the following instructions to fill out the form below:

Please be sure to enter your first and last name as you would like it to appear on any possible certificates in the future.
Please enter the name that your students would recognize.

Email:

Please provide your “.edu” email address (or equivalent in different countries) for your school. If you enter anything other than an ".edu" email address (or equivalent), your subscription request will not be fulfilled. If you had a subscription before, please use that same email address.

If your school/department does not appear in the list above, then most likely your school department does not have a school subscription yet. In this case, the department head should contact [email protected] to discuss further. Subscriptions for professors or students cannot be granted if the school/department does not first have a school subscription.)

If you answered "Yes" to the either of the questions above, please provide the email address(es) that was/were used to obtain the CoStar subscription(s)? This is mandatory.
