What is the CAHTA?
This advanced certification, building on the CHIA foundations, has been obtained by thousands of students, professors, and industry professionals. The CAHTA is being offered by many of the top hotel schools in the world and is being included in capstone classes, courses focusing on analytics, and courses on hotel development. The CAHTA is very popular at the master’s level and with students involved in STR’s Market Study Competition.
The CAHTA provides thorough training on the four most popular types of hotel and tourism research projects: a Market Study, Event Impact Analysis, Feasibility Study, and Economic Analysis. Training includes detailed components, comprehensive steps, and multiple case scenarios for each project. Participants receive valuable templates to create the highest quality of industry research. Participants use the templates to create a project in class as well as in their future careers.
