Step 2: Submit Participant Information

After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a form to complete. Fill out the form with participant details so we can create their accounts and grant access to the training and exam.

Step 3: Complete the Training and Take the Exam
Each participant will receive access to the CHIA online course. Once the training is complete, they can take the online exam.
Important: Exams should only be taken after the training is completed—early attempts may invalidate results and forfeit the free retake.
